Overview

At Fortuna Data, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at solutions@fortunadata-shop.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Software, licenses, or digital downloads.

  • Custom-configured or special-order products.

  • Opened storage media such as tapes and hard drives, unless found to be defective.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
